We’re thrilled to share the launch of our “Coats for Kids” initiative, a project that warms both the bodies and hearts of those in need. At Onward Injury Law, we’re dedicated to supporting our community, and this initiative is a testament to that commitment. Every fall, it’s our mission to donate as many coats as possible to children in need.

Onward Injury Law is at the bottom“Coats for Kids” is launched in memory of Josh’s Aunt Brenda. Brenda was no ordinary lunch lady; she had a heartwarming tradition of secretly buying coats for kids at school whom she noticed didn’t have one. Her acts of kindness not only kept kids warm but also inspired everyone around her. We want to honor her memory by extending this legacy through the “Coats for Kids” project.

As winter approaches, we’re determined to ensure that no child faces the harsh cold without proper warmth. Partnering with the Compass Closet, a local organization dedicated to supporting foster children and families in McLean County, we’ve embarked on a mission to provide these children with the comfort and warmth they deserve. To kickstart the initiative, we’ve donated 186 coats to the Compass Closet, symbolizing the launch of “Coats for Kids.” But our commitment goes further; we’ve also contributed coats to Bent Elementary and Clinton Elementary schools, ensuring that children in need have access to warmth.
